Terms and conditions
Valid for every order placed through this shop.
Reviewed and released by the operator. No legal opinion has been obtained.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through this shop. We deliver only to Switzerland and Liechtenstein and sell only to persons aged 18 or over.
2. Formation of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email.
3. Prices
All prices are gross prices in Swiss francs and include the statutory value added tax of 8.1 per cent. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed. No customs charges arise, as we ship from within Switzerland.
4. Payment
We accept card and TWINT payments. The amount is charged when the order is completed. Any further payment methods are shown during checkout.
5. Delivery
We ship from Switzerland and assemble every order by hand. The usual delivery time is two to three working days from receipt of payment. This is an estimate given in good faith and not a warranted quality.
6. Returns
Swiss law of obligations provides no statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling. We voluntarily grant you a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods. It applies to unopened items in undamaged original packaging. You bear the cost of return postage; where the goods are defective, we bear it.
7. Defects
The statutory warranty provisions of Art. 197 et seq. CO apply. Please report a defect without delay after discovering it. We will repair, replace the goods, or refund the purchase price.
8. Safety information
Fragrance oils and scented candles are not toys. Keep out of reach of children and pets, do not swallow, avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Never leave a burning candle unattended. The information on the packaging takes precedence.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the seller's registered office, unless a mandatory jurisdiction applies.
