We ship from Switzerland.
Reviewed and released by the operator. No legal opinion has been obtained.
Delivery area
We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Both belong to the same customs and VAT territory, so no customs charges or import taxes arise.
Cost
Shipping within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein: CHF 6.50.
From an order value of CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge. What counts is the value of the goods, gross and including VAT — the figure shown in your basket.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout before the order is completed.
Time
Every order is put together by hand. The parcel usually leaves our warehouse within one working day of payment.
We ship with B-Post of the Swiss Post. The Post states delivery by the third working day after posting; in practice it is usually faster.
Tracking
You will receive an email once the parcel is on its way. B-Post items are not tracked by default; if a tracking number exists, it is in that email.
