What applies
You may return unopened items within 14 days of receipt. Condition is decisive: the original packaging must be undamaged and unopened, because fragrance products cannot be resold once opened.
Why we state this explicitly
Swiss law of obligations grants no statutory right of withdrawal for purchases made online. A right of return exists only where a seller commits to one. We commit to it here so that you can rely on it.
How it works
Write to us at info@air-spice.com with your order number. We will confirm the return and give you the address. Once it arrives and has been checked, we refund the purchase price by the same means you paid.
Cost
You bear the cost of return postage. If the goods are defective or we sent the wrong item, we bear it.
Defects
Where goods are defective, the statutory rights under Art. 197 et seq. CO apply regardless of this voluntary commitment and beyond the 14 days.
